Boxercise at Plas Pentwyn 

Are you ready to get fighting fit for whatever life throws at you? 

Sessions include boxing techniques using mitts and gloves and circuit training to help take your fitness to the next level. 

 All equipment provided. However, if you have gloves and pads, please bring them with you.

Plas Pentwyn Thursday 7.00pm until 7.45pm

4-week block £20 or £6 pay as you go, cash only on the door.
