I am proud to announce I will be teaming up with Yoga teacher Marianna to teach a full weekend of Yoga, only 4 spaces available!

Do you want to find your inner calm? Do you love nature and the outdoors and want to connect with yourself on a deeper level? Look no further than Willow Retreats.

Set on a picturesque hillside in North Wales, amidst trees and birdsong, the retreats aim to provide you with a holistic experience to help improve both your health and well-being.

They feature a dynamic mix of physical, creative and mindful exercises which can help heal your mind and body.

Activities include an energising yoga session set in the backdrop of a beautiful zen garden, along with a relaxing, light-paced nature walk designed to enhance your connection with the flora and fauna around us, and be more mindful of the way we live our lives. There is also time set aside for creativity, and for the brave, there is even an invigorating opportunity for some 'cold water therapy' in the stunningly beautiful Clywedog river. It may not sound like an inviting prospect at first, but trust me, you will reap the rewards in the minutes, hours, days and even months to come!

Friday:- Arrival 4-6pm

6pm Dinner

7-9pm Hatha flow with Marianna a dynamic and steady flow from posture to posture with an emphasis on strength, openness, flexibility, relaxation, balance and breath energising. 


8am Vinyasa flow yoga, breath-work and meditation with Steve. This practice will strengthen muscles, bring alertness, followed by a profound state of calm and relaxation.

9:30am Breakfast

10:30-12pm Mindful walk with Steve

12pm Lunch

2pm Yin Yoga and sound healing meditation with Marianna 

4pm Cold and hot therapy with Steve

5pm-6pm Silent meditation

6pm Dinner 

7-9pm Fire ceremony with Marianna and Steve (weather dependent)


8-9am Yoga flow into silent meditation

9:30am Breakfast

10:30am The creative space with Steve 

12pm Lunch

2pm-4pm Hatha flow with Marianna

5pm:- Farewells  

This retreat includes 2 nights basic overnight accommodation in double shared rooms on single sized camp beds. If you wish to sleep out under the stars, camping spaces are also available in the zen garden. 

6  Vegetarian/Vegan meals provided include breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout your stay. Please inform us of any food allergies or intolerances.

What to Bring:

Sleeping bag and pillow.

Wash kit (showers available).

Walking boots/trainers & waterproofs.

I am a fully qualified personal trainer. I achieved my fitness and yoga qualifications through nationally approved level 3 courses with Lifetime Training and YMCA.

I have travelled the world meeting people from many cultures. Good health and well being has been with me every step of the way! I have brought plenty of fresh ideas from my travels back to the UK. My main aim in life is to help people achieve fitness, harmony and well being and most importantly,  make it a lifelong standard that they will enjoy and develop further.

Hello, I'am Marianna

Yoga found me six years ago and I immediately became captivated with the profound effects it had on my body and mind. After completing my yoga teacher course with Yoga alliance professionals Ibegan to facilitate hatha/vinyasaand restorative yoga. I also offer yoga nidraand guided meditations.

In addition to yoga, ihave been working with various plant medicines for many years. After my travels to South America ibegan to offer cacao ceremonies in combination with shamanic practices, breathing techniques and active meditations.
